Paint-a-Pot: As a community, we participated in Paint-A-Pot where students select an item from the choices offered at the Art Center and paint it. Once they are done, the Art Center fires it for them, and we pick up the finished products to distribute during the following class.

October
Bowling: LLC students went to the Student Union Bowling Alley to spend some quality community time together.

November
Homecoming: LLC students walked in the Homecoming parade and also participated in the Homecoming Alumni meet-and-greet.
Show & Tell: For the Colloquium class on Leisure, we took students to Mina Jo Powell and had them each present an item they had brought as a representation of what they like to do in their leisure time.
Community Day at the Lake: Held at the FSU Lakefront Park, where members could swim, kayak, paddleboard, play volleyball, and spend time with each other. Lunch was catered, and shuttles were provided for students.
Graduation Reception: Students attended the graduation reception for previous ED-LLC students who were graduating. Light refreshments were provided, and honor cords were distributed to graduating students by the former ED-LLC Faculty Director, Mark Ziegler.

January
White Elephant Gift Exchange: Students were assigned a community member at random to purchase a gift for $10 maximum in the spirit of the holiday season and to welcome everyone to the new semester.
Peer Mentor Activities: Peer Mentors took students with them to the following activities to help them know more about FSU and the community.

- Trip to the Museum of Fine Arts
- International Coffee Hour
- Welcome FSU Spring Fest

February
Valentines: Students were able to send Valentines with candy to 2 other community members; Valentines were made and distributed by the Program Coordinator the week of the holiday

March
Day at the FSU Lakefront: All community members attended a day at the lake, where they could swim, kayak, paddleboard, play volleyball, and spend time with each other. Lunch was catered.
Alumni Speaker: FSU and LLC Alumni, Aaliyah Jenkins, a VP for a Fortune 500 company came as a guest speaker to talk to current and past ED-LLC students about her experience in choosing a major and career pathway. Afterwards, a reception with light refreshments was organized so students could connect one-on-one with her. This event was organized in collaboration with The Explorer’s Guild and Division of Undergraduate Studies.
Honors & Research Information Session: This event was organized with The Explorer’s Guild, representatives with the Division of Undergraduate Studies and Centre for Undergraduate Research. These representatives spoke to the students about different honors and research options available at FSU for students to explore.

April
Graduation Reception: Another graduation reception was held in Bryan Hall for the Spring 2025 and Summer 2025 graduates. Graduation cords were awarded to the graduates by Dr. Mark Zeigler, and light refreshments were provided for everyone. Current LLC students were encouraged to network with the graduates.
